    EXPLANATION

    Note that the Agenda for this Business Meeting follows that proposed by the Executive in June 2003.

    Unstarred items on the Agenda will not be discussed, but any recommendations they contain will be covered by a single motion covering all unstarred items.

    Any unstarred item may be identified for discussion by request to the President at any time up to item 4 on this agenda.

    Please Note:  Each member institution has one vote only.  Members with affiliate status do not have voting rights, however are able to participate in discussion at the discretion of the President.

The Networking dinner will held on Campus at the Oceania Centre for Arts, Culture and Pacific Studies.

Acomodation ACODE 62

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn in Suva.

The Centre for Flexible Distance Learning has negotiated a rate for us of FJD240.(AUD120 approx, about half the price of Wotif)

This does not appear on the online booking system and you are best to contact the team at the Holiday Inn to book.  Please quote  CDFL and ACODE to get the rate quoted.

Getting to Suva

After your arrival in Nadi you can either fly to Suva (a 30 min flight) or drive (2 hours)

If you include your arrival time (in Suva) and flight number in your registration, you will be met at Suva airport and transported to your accomodation at the Holiday Inn.
